Elektro Parts is part of NVR Service & Advies.

Elektro Parts is an online shop where you can order electrical and electronic parts and components, which we refer to simply as ‘parts’ below.

Elektro Parts is not an electrical installation company or consultancy firm.

What we sell

The electrical and electronic parts offered by Elektro Parts are new or used.

Used parts are collected from dismantled functional installations and so we assume these are still in working order. In the unlikely event that they do not work, we will gladly refund the amount invoiced and repay the shipping costs.

Used parts may show signs of wear due to normal use.

Many of the parts Elektro Parts offers often come from warehouse clearance sales or bankruptcy auctions.

These parts do not always come in their original packaging and may show signs of having been stored in a warehouse.

We deliver all parts as shown in the photo(s) and as described in the product description.

Good to know

Elektro Parts is not an authorised distributor, reseller or representative of the products on this website.

Elektro Parts does not provide certificates of origin, provenance or authenticity, nor inspection certificates or other certificates of any kind.

Orders where the requested information has not been entered correctly will be canceled by us.

Elektro Parts cannot order parts for you: what you see is what you (can) get.

Elektro Parts supplies all goods from our own stock.

The online shop shows all parts available.

All prices shown include Dutch VAT.

Elektro Parts sells both to businesses and individuals.

Both purchases and sales are payable in advance, so no unpleasant surprises afterwards.

Elektro Parts does not deliver on account: payment in advance only.

You cannot collect orders at Elektro Parts.

Warranty

You have a 1 year (365 days) Elektroparts warranty on the items that Elektroparts sells.

If the item breaks during the warranty year, if we have the item in stock we will supply a replacement item. If we cannot supply a replacement item, we will refund the item price / invoice amount.
With a replacement item, the warranty year of the first delivered item continues, it does not start again with the replacement item.
