About Elektro Parts

Elektro Parts is part of NVR Service & Advies; we are a Dutch company based in the Netherlands.

Elektro Parts is a company that purchases electrical control cabinets and similar products, dismantles the relevant components, and tests them whenever possible.
We also acquire warehouse stocks of electrical components from bankruptcy liquidations or warehouse clearances.
Interested parties can purchase these components from us via our own sales channel.

Elektro Parts is not an electrical installation or consultancy firm.

Products

The electrical components offered by Elektro Parts are either new or used.

The used components have been removed from systems that were taken out of service; we therefore assume they are in good working order. In the unlikely event that they do not work, we will refund the invoice amount and any return shipping costs.

Used components may show signs of wear.

The new components offered by Elektro Parts generally originate from warehouse clearances or bankruptcy liquidations.

Original packaging is not always included, and these components may show signs of storage.

We supply all components exactly as shown in the photos and described in the product description.

Warranty

We do not source our products directly from manufacturers; therefore, we cannot offer a manufacturer's warranty.

We have confidence in the components we offer and provide a 1-year (365-day) Elektro Parts warranty on both new and used parts.

Should the item fail during the warranty period, we will provide a replacement if we have the item in stock. If we are unable to supply a replacement item, we will refund the item price or invoice amount.
In the case of a replacement item, the warranty period applicable to the originally supplied item continues; it does not restart with the replacement item.

Additional Information

Elektro Parts is not an authorized distributor, reseller, or representative of the components we offer.

Elektro Parts does not provide certificates of origin, provenance, or authenticity, nor inspection certificates, HS codes, or any other certificates of any kind.

Elektro Parts cannot place special orders for items on your behalf.

Elektro Parts supplies all items from its own stock.

Stock levels are as indicated on the website.

Elektro Parts' prices include VAT.

Both purchasing and sales are handled via invoice, ensuring a straightforward process.

Elektro Parts does not offer payment on account.

Elektroparts ships all orders; our company is not set up for the pickup or viewing of parts.

Packaging

When you place an order with Elektro Parts, you are purchasing not only the item itself but also the product packaging and shipping packaging. You are responsible for the environmentally friendly disposal or reuse of this packaging. Any associated costs are your responsibility.
